What great fortune is this?

To have come to the house of the Lord?

His children are playing out their roles for Him solely,

Even their liquid laughter--it is holy.

Surely this is the home of the Christ,

Surely this is the home of the Christ.

What grand household is this?

Who is the host and who is the guest?

Each visitor receiving precious gifts unknown,

The greatest treasure is to know His home is your own.

Truly a gift from the Christ,

Truly a gift from the Christ.

What great fortune is this!

We have come to the house of the Lord.

He is standing in the doorway with His arms open wide,

Beckoning each traveler to step inside.

Truly He is the Christ.

Truly you are, Meher, the Christ.
