Creating and Returning Poem
"Art is dreaming between deep sleep and awakeness, in which God fashioned the universe, lost himself, in them, dreaming they were real, wore out the successive levels of the dream, and awoke in only real self. And perfectly awake, returned as beast, as bird, as fish, as worm, to him in them, still dreaming. To light them in their progress to Him Himself, infinitely compassionate, that they should stay with him. In the most fruitful shape, he had patterned, and the most easy course he had set, He, having proved all possible shapes and forces, to stay with God, since none, except in dream exists but God."
