Godspell 30th Anniversary
A few days ago, I received an email from Nata, who actually owns a Godspell 30th Anniversary Program. She was kind enough to send me these pictures from it.

Godspell creator John-Michael Tebelak is at the left of the bottom row, and the bearded man in the center is movie director David Greene. Between Greene and Katie Hanley is producer Edgar Lansbury, who discovered Godspell at Cafe LaMaMa, hired Stephen Schwartz to re-do the score, and brought it to off-Broadway.
